Problem
C3 needed a more reliable way to manage event information, internal coordination, and administrative workflows without depending on scattered manual updates.
Approach
Built both the public-facing website and the administrative panel, implementing CRUD flows for events and activities, role-based access for organizers, and workflows that connected operational needs with a usable internal system. The first version was developed as an MVP, and a new version is currently being reworked for the initiative's relaunch and updated brand.
